Beverly Glen Park is a condominium community which began
construction ca.
1970 and now
consists of 220 detached, custom-built homes. Included in
the community is a Community Recreation Center consisting of
a large swimming pool, playground, exercise facility, event
room and 3 tennis courts. A basketball court is also within
the community.
LOCATION:
Located near the top of Beverly Glen Boulevard and
Mulholland Drive in the Santa Monica Mountains, Beverly Glen
Park is at an altitude of about 1200 feet overlooking
Benedict Canyon. BGP enjoys a nearly smog-free
environment. Although it is only 3 miles from the 405
Freeway, Beverly Glen Park is located in a very quiet,
noise-free area.
